Software that runs on Monday.
Some problems don't fit in a document. Recording a year of consumption data, keeping it audit-ready, and producing a report someone will actually accept — that needs software, not a spreadsheet you inherit from the last manager.
Platforms are hosted, subscription-based, and priced per property. They live at their own addresses. You log in; there is nothing to download.
Hello Sustainability
pilot properties welcome
Record and report your environmental performance without rebuilding a spreadsheet from scratch every year.
Energy, water, waste and procurement, entered once and kept in one place. Reporting in Portuguese and English, exportable to PDF — so the same data answers a corporate client, a lender, a certification body and an OTA questionnaire without being rebuilt each time.
Built for the property that has been asked for its numbers and discovered they live in four places, and nobody is sure which is current.
Where it stands. In active development, running with a small number of pilot properties. Pilots are free, carry no service level commitment, and are not a queue for a paid product you'll be pushed into.
Interested in a pilot? Write to hello@thousandhellos.com and tell us the property and what you're being asked to report.
Hello Playbook
In build — pilot properties welcome
Every process, on every floor, in every language.
Everything your team is meant to do, on the phone in their pocket, including where there is no signal.
Induction, daily routines, brand standards, safety procedures and HR forms, written once and kept current by the managers who own them. Each person sees what their position requires, in the language their phone is already set to. It works offline, because the laundry and the loading bay never had signal — and a policy signed on a phone with no bars is still signed, with the date and the version it was signed against.
Built for the property where the standards live in a binder in the back office, the last revision was two general managers ago, and a new starter still learns the job by shadowing whoever happens to be on shift.
Where it stands. In build. We are looking for two or three properties to shape it before the full creation, so the first version answers your problems rather than our guesses. Nothing to install, nothing to commit to, and no obligation to buy what comes out of it.
Interested? Write to hello@thousandhellos.com and tell us the property and the one procedure your team gets wrong most often.
What comes next
Three more platforms are mapped. None will be built until enough operators say they want it — we would rather sell you a document that works this week than a login that arrives in a year.
- Career pathing — progression, competency gates and pay bands, so a commis can see the route to head of department.
- Menu margin — dish-level gross margin across a live menu, updated as supplier prices move.
- Inventory — stock, par levels and variance, built for kitchens rather than warehouses.
If one of those is the thing you'd pay for tomorrow, tell us. It moves up the list, and we'll show you the manual version in the meantime.
How we price
Per property, on subscription, with the number on the page before you talk to anyone. Small properties should not pay enterprise prices for software they use twice a quarter.
We build the businesses behind a thousand hellos.
